This big cat is a 45 footer which was being designed for a customer in alloy, however once he saw the 742 powercat in polyethylene he changed his mind and wanted it in plastic. Designed for maintenance free long range cruising and liveaboard. It has many unique features. Other than being built of fabricated polyethylene, it has an A frame rig that flies two Genoas for easy short handed sailing. It has a twin hydraulic drive power system operating off one motor. There are two cockpits, one forward of the bridgedeck cabin and another aft. Accommodation is 4 double cabins. There is just the one head on the bridgedeck and a night lounge in the owners cabin. |
